From additional telephone sockets, re-location of sockets, upgrading to up-to-date master sockets, to replacing faulty telephone wiring or removal of redundant wiring all requirements are catered for to ensure that your phone and broadband installation will work to the best of its ability.
In the event of a fault which is not within your property or boundary I will ensure that the service provider is made aware of the situation and you will not be charged the high fees incurred by them to rectify the fault.
Wifi issues are also dealt with to ensure that you receive the fastest connection possible. Sometimes where online gaming machines are employed, it is sometimes more viable to install a hardwired network cable from the router to where the machine is installed to ensure a faster and more secure connection. This can also be a solution when smart-tvs are employed viewing catch-up TV, YouTube and Netflix etc.
In some cases the phone itself could be causing a problem in which case a repair on the phone could be carried out if viable and I would advise you accordingly if replacing the phone is the solution.
I do not carry new phones as stock but can obtain the required model quickly.
Bakelite vintage dial type phones of the 1940s, 50s and 60s can be repaired and restored as I hold a stock of spare parts for these.
